MyHealth London Open Online Courses

We offer short online courses for people at risk of cardiovascular disease, people living with diabetes or at risk of developing diabetes, and their caregivers.

Each course lasts for two days, although you will have extra time to go through the content at your own pace. You can also join live Q&A sessions with healthcare experts for additional support.

Our courses are designed to be inclusive, accessible and easy to use.

Preventing Cardiovascular Disease

Small lifestyle changes can lower blood pressure, improve blood sugar, and protect your heart.
